Important notice about the Short Service Clinic during COVID-19 pandemic:

We are taking steps to keep our staff and clients safe during the global COVID-19 pandemic.

Until future notice, the Clinic will not be offering any in-person appointments. All appointments will be conducted by telephone.

If you have already booked an appointment and have provided a phone number you do not need to do anything. We will call you at the scheduled time.

Please note: Clinic staff will call you from a “blocked” or “unknown” number. Please adjust your phone settings to ensure you are able to receive our call.

If you arrive at the Tribunal or the Clinic’s office for an appointment you will be turned away.

The Short Service Clinic is still available every Monday (except public holidays). Each appointment is 30 minutes with a human rights lawyer or legal advocate and can be booked below.

Appointments

Appointments can only be made up to two weeks in advance of each Monday clinic. Book an appointment in the calendar below.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so with at least 24 hours’ notice so that others may book the slot. Repeated missed appointments or late cancellations may result in you being restricted from booking further appointments.

Before you for your appointment, please read and sign our short service retainer agreement. You should send a copy or a photo of the signed retainer to intakebchrc@clasbc.net.

If you cannot see any appointments available on the calendar, it means that the clinic is fully booked for the next two weeks. You should look again on the following Monday when more appointments will become available.
